Hey! There's a human being here, did you know?


What I see in a senior developer is that they think and discuss, and only after understanding where their project should be should they put their fingers on the keyboard.

The reality is that currently, getting a job at this level is very difficult because evaluations often do not know about the human past that has been lived. A resume can dictate what has been done, but it will not tell about the nights spent working. The meetings are held to achieve results that are insufficient to guarantee something yet.

And what happens after this? A post-completion dismissal... yes, this is happening and in a frightening way. I see established projects but professionals being discarded because, after all, the project has become easy to maintain, and juniors can take over.

Remember, companies and some people have done a lot for you.
